Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from users of the company’s product by offering technical support and ad-hoc training.
- Inform customers about the product’s features and potential upgrades to ensure that they continue to be satisfied with it.
- Collecting customer feedback to identify recurrent problems and working with the product manager to resolve them will help with the product’s development and improvement.
- Uphold high standards for service, going above and beyond to guarantee client retention Preferred.
Qualification:
- Courses at the undergraduate level (BCom, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc, MBA/PGDM).
- Cutoffs for the 10th, 12th, and graduation are 50%.
- No backlogs and no gap years during education; fluency in Hindi and English.
