For the benefit of Singapore’s rail industry, the Land Transport Authority administers and centrally awards all SGRail Industry Scholarships.

Through a structured development program, rail scholars will be exposed to initiatives within the Land Transport Authority, SBS Transit Ltd., or SMRT Corporation Ltd. Utilize any of the following pathways to reach your full potential:

SGRail Industry Scholarships (University)

For the benefit of Singapore’s rail industry, the Land Transport Authority administers and centrally awards all SGRail Industry Scholarships. Through a structured development program, rail scholars will be exposed to projects at the Land Transport Authority, SBST Transit Pte Ltd, or SMRT Corporation Limited.

Utilize any of the following pathways to reach your full potential:

Civil Engineering Computer Science/Engineering Electrical/Electrical Power Engineering Mechanical Engineering Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering Systems Engineering Telematics	Singaporean and PR intending to take up citizenship before departure for studies Outstanding leadership qualities and keen passion for Singapore’s rail sector Excellent CCA records Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent GCE ‘A’ level/NUS High Diploma/International Baccalaureate (IB)/Polytechnic Diploma results or equivalent. Outstanding university results (for current students)	Full Term: Local – 4 years Overseas – 6 years Mid-Term: Local: 1-year for every year of study Overseas: 1.5-year for every year of study	Tuition and Compulsory Fees Maintenance Allowance Sponsorship of 1 student exchange programme/summer school (upon approval) Return Economy/Student Airfare (for overseas only) Sponsorship of Master’s degree (upon approval) Language Immersion Programme (for students in non-English speaking countries)
