Program Overview:

Our summer internship programme gives dedicated college students the chance to learn outside the classroom, hone their leadership abilities, and gain practical experience working with experts from across the company as a member of a global support team. Along with these activities, interns will take part in sessions with Senior Leaders, site tours, volunteer opportunities, and other social gatherings throughout the summer. Summer interns at Fiserv work roughly 40 hours per week from June 5, 2023, to August 11, 2023.

Job Description:

For the 10-week 2022 Summer Internship Program, Fiserv is currently seeking creative and motivated Technology Interns. Internships are available in a variety of technology fields, including application development, global & cyber security, mobile solutions, network engineering, and quality assurance; each will offer a training programme, mentoring, and on-the-job experiential learning. Interns will work with technology professionals while learning crucial skills like coding, testing, and application software support; they will collaborate with senior analysts and knowledgeable teammates; they will offer creative suggestions; they will take part in quality inspections; and they will assist with ongoing documentation of existing processes, mentoring, and other challenging projects. Assignments provide hands-on training and extensive exposure to the organisation. The specific tasks depend on the assignment.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated academic achievement and progress towards completing a bachelor’s degree by December 2022 or May 2024

• 3.0 minimum GPA (3.5 or above preferred)

• A desire to learn and use new technologies (Mobile, payments, cloud computing, information security, and converging markets)

• Preferable understanding of life cycles and development processes (Waterfall and SCRUM/Agile)

• Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship;

• Requires strategic and creative thinking as well as exceptional written and oral communication abilities; Ideally Developed Technical Qualifications.
